Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the toya4d platform. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or using accounts registered under different names or identities is strictly prohibited. This rule exists to prevent bonus abuse, ensure fair play, comply with anti-money laundering regulations, and maintain platform integrity. Violation of this rule will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings contained therein.

Attempting to circumvent age verification by using false identification, borrowed documents, or altered credentials is illegal and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), valid email address, active mobile phone number, date of birth, residential address, and Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension. Following initial registration, you must complete identity verification by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face. Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours of document submission. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in restricted account functionality including inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username, password, and any security questions or authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. You must immediately notify toya4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, observe suspicious activity in your transaction history, or lose control of your account credentials. toya4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. All bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your account are deemed to be your actions and are binding upon you. You accept full financial responsibility for all transactions associated with your account.
toya4d accepts deposits via bank transfer from major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. We do not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payments from third-party payment processors not explicitly listed on our platform.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Deposits are generally processed instantly during banking hours, though processing times may vary depending on your bank's systems and any intermediary processing requirements.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your toya4d account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. You must not use toya4d as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties, launder money, or engage in any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming entertainment. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that does not originate from a payment source verifiably owned by you.

Verification may require additional identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or video verification calls. You must wager any deposited amount at least one time before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Most bonuses require completion of wagering requirements before any funds (including your deposit, bonus amount, and any winnings derived from the bonus) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 1,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements - slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced percentages or be excluded entirely.
Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, placing deliberately offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without risk, deliberately exploiting software errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage, or otherwise attempting to abuse bonus promotions will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure. toya4d reserves absolute discretion to offer, modify, cancel, or refuse any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toya4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any mandatory security checks. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and you must create a new account if you wish to resume using our services in the future.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account while investigating suspected violations of these Terms & Conditions, potential fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other security concerns. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the investigation concludes. Upon termination, your account balance (excluding voided winnings or bonus funds) will be returned to you minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to toya4d.
If you have any complaint, dispute, or concern regarding our services, you must first contact toya4d customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp to attempt informal resolution. Provide detailed information about your complaint including account username, date and time of the issue, transaction IDs if applicable, and clear description of the problem. Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
If initial customer support contact does not resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our complaints department via email. Include all relevant documentation, screenshots, transaction records, and correspondence. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a detailed response within 10 business days after completing our investigation.
All decisions made by toya4d management regarding interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and any other disputes are final and binding. By accepting these terms, you waive any right to challenge our decisions through external arbitration, litigation, or other legal proceedings except as required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
